X : * 10 - 400
Z : *10 -550

you can get coordinats in sNPCedit you can download here https://code.google.com/p/pw-tools/downloads/list after downloaded you need to open pwtools-bin then that will download all tools

no. you have to start client with parameters
open notepad -> copy & paste

elementclient.exe game:cpw console:1

save as debugconsol.bat to element folder, next to elementclient.exe
run it, login
press CTRL+0 or CTRL+~ dont remember (in hungarian QWERTZ keyboard CTRL+Ö)
then use command: d_showpos
