PWCN changed how models.pck works and it relies on two files (models.pck and some other filename I can't recall at this moment) instead of just one.
For some reason this change makes it so spck can't compress or decompress the file normally. It is probably because models.pck was nearing possible max size for that file type and wanmei decided to make a second file to store models in. Pwi is slowly reaching that limit, but is not there yet and thus can be opened normally with spck.
As for seledit, if there is a version that can open v69 elements.data, it is not public. Have to wait on ronnie for it.
