item/reward sender

hello guys please forgive me if this is posted else where i have looked and searched but no results... i was wondering is there an item/reward sender available through php or iweb to send an item to players ingame as rewards direct from the databse ? at present i can add items through hex but sometimes it can be a pain and doesnt always work out so if there is something oput there any help would be much appreciated :)

you can send any item you want using pwAdmin but you will need to know oct for the item

yeah thats the issue finding its original octet i can manually create this but it aint the same ..
