Looking For A Little Help

Hi there, I've been playing Pw for around 7 yrs now and I've been on Private Servers for about four years. I'm not interested in trying to create my own private server but to be completely honest i dont know where to begin and all the "guide's" i find look like they are written in an alien language.

So my main questions here are these:

1) Is there anyone nice enough to link me a SAFE and full download of all the files i will need to make a 1.4.6 server.
2) Is there anyone nice enough to take a little time and dumb down some off this .this and .that stuff for me?

I'll be eternally grateful for any help rendered.
