Low client version

ok well I got the erro fixed in gs01... idk how as all did was go to sleep and turn off VMware and restarted it a few minutes ago to see and no errors... so I tested client still version low.... so I uploaded the clients element.data, gshopsev, gshopsev1, and task.data to see if that would fix it...and still low version... ive tried a version 70 release here as well still I get same error... maybe its just the client altogether but usely I can figure out the issue

heres one thing I don't get Im looking at the console when trying to login to see if it pops up the error... well usually I know on other versions as you login it pops up the auth and ip of the user and username and so forth as trying to login... well m not getting none of that... its like the auth aint working...like how the client supposed to take like5-10 seconds to connect mine says instantly client low...which shouldn't be insantly from my understanding.
