Most likely one of the modifications has broken it...
it's not just bankers it's all npc
Have you tried using clean untouched elements.data and tasks.data to see if the problem persist...? One at a time and see if it narrows it down to which one...
There are no 1-0-1 instructions for this... Most of the time it requires creative trial and error to diagnose...
Also if you run gs manually, it outputs a lot of information that can also be used for diagnostic purposes...
