NPC Names, item names, and popup windows in chinese.

Hey RZ, so I recently began coding a server and decided to test it out for myself.. I logged in game successfully, created a gm character etc.. all windows such as Character, Skills, Settings, etc. Are in english, but I realized that the monsters are in chinese, as well as the items..
~P.S.~ I also noticed that I killed 1 monster and hit level 150, I'd also like to know how to edit the rates, please let me know if you can help!

download new gs and set rates in ptemplate (easiest). As for items and monsters in chinese you need english v63 elements found here on forums.
