Odd but mind boggling error on ALL installs now

So I have been customizing my own release and what not. I have gotten this down to a T however lately no matter how correct it is, I have been getting an error that no matter what i do, doesnt go away.


GQueryPasswd:account is crazedelf , login ip is 192.168.1.103
TRACE : matrixpasswd NOT usbbind user 48


This error is starting to cause me much grief. If anyone knows how to solve this than please kindly answer. If you do not, dont reply. I am asking for serious inquiries and again, this is happening on all installs, even ones that are so easy , a monkey could do it.

Also before you decide to reply keep in mind I have never had problems getting a release working. Its only been recent that I decided to try my hand at coding and building my own release when this error popped up for the first time and has not went away. my table.xml is correct, pointing to the right db, has the correct password. In fact this is my auth log when logging in-

Please for any expert I really need your help this time.


*I didnt want to bog up a help section error in the release thread so I moved my convo here with a lot more detail as to whats going on currently.
