PWAdmin 1.5.3. Loading Character Data Failed

Hellow i've read all the threads about Loading Character Data Failed and nothing works for meh...
almost everything works but the character page,
when i use the sync db button it gives the green messsage (Roles Imported to MySQL Tabl)
but nothing comes to roles ( looking from phpmyadmin ) and nothing works in pwadmin( in the list or when i search a character id)

pwadminconf is okay too ive set that before also ive read what peeps have written on the other threads about this problem.
tried 3x different pwadmins. non work
any idea? help pls

somewhere i told the blank screen solution , let me find it , u r using Ubuntu 16.04 right ?

blank screen is cause of pwadminconf, u need to put a "/" at the end of the server path
