    1. Create new character
    2. Start character, enter perfect world
    3. Log out character
    4. and go to XML Mode that character have

    its not that simple, judging by the description you gave, im going to assume your using the 1.5.1 files, if so there seems to be an issue with some features of pwAdmin working properly with the 151 files.
