Question about Hex Code

Hi! I downloaded Hex Code generator, and I have a weapon that I made and I have it's code. Now that I have that code, what do I do with it? How do I put it into a weapon of my choice, and then how do I put it ingame?

Also, in iWeb (serverIPhere):8080/iweb how do I send an item from there? Like I know where to go ( I think) but when I send an item (I want to send 11215) then I press send, it doesn't work.
