Rolename output not the same as expected.

I'm trying to playing around fetching data through protocols with php but it seems rolename doesn't look as expected.
it's supposed to be non-chinese characters.

It seems your packet is reading improper way the name, name is octet then you read as utf16 or utf8, don't remember which one exactly, try both.
