Santa doesnt appear for event in Penguin Garden

Hello, I am using Mr.Killer's 1.0.1 server files and there is an event that comes up in RED CHAT thats says something to the fact that - "Santa's got a whole heap of presents to wrap......blah blah blah...Santa is waiting in the broken ship in Frigid Bay (422.200) The event calendar will guide you there

There is nothing in the event calendar referencing this and when you go to those coords, there is no Santa.

Where would you find this to remove it? Kind of annoying having the red spam over and over when it starts and spams chat 30 dif times. Then players start pm'ing asking where he is at.

Is there a way to remove this so it doesn't come up?

It's only available on certain phases, I still have no idea how it works

I was just curious where I could look for it to remove it. spamming red spam 30 times is a bit overkill.
