Server network error. matrixpasswd Cache missing user=hiynm just like my first few posts.
But I just noticed some additional things
1-Do the full scan and remove all viruses
2-Turn windows firewall on and allow VMWare ( or w.e your using) through.
3-Restart your pc
4-Open your server from the ORIGINAL starting script.
5-Post your feed back
Am kinda sure that its not file problems so don't miss with the files inside winscp.

Actually, The error occurred again it delays and I loose my gm powers.
Lol, Re-install your windows or better install ubuntu and work on it.
