[Server 1.4.5] Router DI-524 -- Server Offline (Only i can enter)

Sorry if you don't understand something, my english is so poor :(
Then ... After try using the program "Simple Port Forwarding 3.1" to allow ports 21, 22, 80, 8080, 29000 and 13337, i tried to put the server online, but no sucess.
(The ports, i see here on forum, don't remember where ^^ but is the recommended ports to allow)

My server is on Virtual Box (last edition) and working fine for me only.
*The Adapter 1 is on Bridge Mode ->Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (my internet adapter).
*The Adapter 2 is on NAT Mode

I'm using Ubuntu(but i have the exactly server installed on Debian working too only for me).
Already tried to change on command line "nano /etc/network/interfaces", but to put online, i don't know which ip i need to use.

+++I need to change something on Virtual Box -> Files -> Preferences -> Network -> "Vbox Adapter" ?
+++Everything is done, i just need a big help to put it online :D
