How to block the new classes?
allow_login_class_mask = 219 does not work;
Hello, very interests how correctly to disconnect new races. methods are resulted higher to the positive result does not lead.
I beg pardon for bad English
Well, setting the login mask WILL prevent specific classes from logging in to the game (as noted already - it will not stop someone from CREATING a character of a forbidden role though; say for example you wanted to ONLY forbid SINS [first logical choice of a class to ban LOL] you could set the "allow_login_class_mask" accordingly. Then, even though people will still be able to 'create' sins, they will NOT be allowed to log into the game using a sin (because of the allow_login_class_mask)...
In the future I may personally look at physically removing the two new races (4 new classes) from the client, that weren't an original part of the game [Tideborn/Earthguard -- sins/psychics seekers/mystics]. If I succeed, I may go ahead and share it here for any other die hard v136 lovers (like myself) :wink: :):
This way, if the characters have physically been removed from the client, players will not even be able to create them :D:
The problem consists in that that in (allow_login_class_mask) doesn't lead restriction to correct work of a cursor. At mask editing, the client starts to give out a mistake (unknow 255). It would be desirable to receive a way which wouldn't fill up cursor work as a whole, and would forbid creation of characters new (not original) races.
