you're supposed to use SERVER <.<
desktop != server
server == server

No, you never use a 'desktop' edition for a 'server' purpose <period>
And no, you do not 'have' to use winscp, I've never touched winscp a day in my life...
BTW it's not really usually referred to as "command line" that is more of a Winblowz derived term. Traditionally it's called a "terminal". Though I cannot entirely say either is wholly correct or in-correct (it is after all a "command line interface" not a "graphical user interface", don't think I have ever heard of "terminal interface" or "terminal user interface") :wink: Though it's kind of nice to have a separation of terminology so that one may know whether you're talking about Winblows or Linux (when someone says CLI I assume windows, if they say Terminal I assume Linux :wink:)
does anyone have a working link for the server files :( all of the ones i found are down(P.S. i think went through most of the replies and yeah they all seem broken to me) so if anyone has a working one or can re-upload would be nice.

Others guys can download using wget and torrent on linux need more commands and some dedicated servers doont suport torrent

hmm well i do have a dedicated server but idk how to make a download link from there so if you could show me then i could just host it straight from my dedicated server and sure ill try drop box.

i put a functional iweb on .setup folder
you just need install a jakarta and put on webapps the iweb folder
