In my case the character does not appear and if I'm going to customize error because of that. I believe those are models, whatever.
I can get everything up and running but only thing that i'm having trouble with is installing the iweb, my linux isnt that great :( so if i can get some teamviewer or skype help it would be great.
wat client version? if not even try out any v621 then this clientpatch here
yeah it seems inside server *.setup* folder pwdb.sql diff as if download direct from first threat ,... inside this by package given that terrible error from password...
use pwdb.sql drect first post work fine to me again..

If you want the quest text to be in a different language switch tasks.data so if you want English just you tasks.data from PWI client, if you want Chinese get it from the CN client, if you want French...well you should get the point. System chat and NPC/monster ramblings are in aipolicy and can be edited with an editor available here in the forums somewhere.
