look for pwi 621 or 658 installer and try this patches > PWI Manual Patch Links - v687 January 9 - Perfect World up to 670 ... or maybe downgrade v687 [ Perfect World International\config\element\version.sw open with an editor ] to 650 or ... and patch to 670

Up to you, use any flavor of jakart or apache tomcat, or any sql holder for that matter. configure and start. they all work the same tbh. tho some easier to config.

Also all maps work with 12.04 and 12.10 (Tested 20+ times on both from fresh installs) and worked each time. if certain maps are not opening it can be either a problem with your jsp handler, or a really bad copy / install. In these cases I recommend re copying over the maps that do not work (pretty much just re upload the gamed folder) and try again. Worst comes to worst there are always error logs.
