Well... in this case:

v69 = elements.data version (you can find it with sELedit options)
v103 = tasks.data version (sTaskEdit show you the version when you open the file)
v670 = patch version based on pwi patcher (need to explain how to find it? lol)
1.4.5 = elementclient.exe version (same as above...)

im not sure this is right but i am having a issue regarding leveling to 105 as soon as i start a game. will this be the elements file?

i have downloaded the one in this thread but where do the files go? i cant seem fo find them on the server files

I did answer in your other thread/post, though another thing would be - your problem exactly as described couldn't be elements, because you start you're already 105. Now, it /could/ be elements if say you started playing, and then hit lv 105 after killing only ONE mob, THAT could be elements.

I am sorry for double posting but as soon as i had posted the other post i found this one.... and yes i did use the search function lol.

The level 105 is only when i kill one monster then i zooom level 105 i have done some searching and thought it was the element.data file but when i update this file to both server and client i get asked to update my client i have downloaded a few and tried but when the char screen opens i cant create or do anything.

there plenty of .data editors available what one would you recomend for a noob/novice?

ok i found my issue the elements.data exp chart for each level is "1"

i have opened another and edited the values to the original numbers....

but after saving and putting the file on the server and client i restarted the server and tried to play i get a error saying my client version is to low and to update. why would this happen?

its cause your elements don't match the server so its giving you an error... if that's all u have changed was the elements then that's the error... although a lot of the time it has to do with ghsop not matching the timestamp on server.... but if it was working before and you didn't touch gshop then its your elements

i changed the timestamp like you mentioned and it worked :) thx
