In my search for files and client Perfect World Perfect World Server was thinking ... In the Romulan Tool Pack that was posted by the Romulo here in the forum, has a program to Unpack. Pck files, I understand these files store models, textures and visual effects of the game.
To unpack these files have a directory with all files and folders for models, textures, visual effects, from what I see in elements.data he refers to these folders so that the item can be used by the client and thus be viewed by players thus these searches led me to think about ... If I get the File models.pck, gfx.pck Surface.pck the current PWI and that is the key of version 316 and unpack them, then open the elements.data client and see the addresses of Models, gfx and Surfaces and put them in my elements.data Client and Server, copy the directories relating to such models, textures, surfaces, gfx for my files. pck and PAck them again and I could have the key items of the PWI 316 version that is the current ? Correct?
My understanding about these files is as follows:
1-gfx.pck: Stores light effects on flights, horses, weapons and skills to where I could see and understand.
2-Models.pck: Stores the models clothing, horses, characters, NPCs, Flights, weapons, armor, etc.. far as I could understand.
3-Surfaces.pck: Stores the textures of clothes, mounts, Characters, NPC's Weapons, Armor, etc.. far as I could understand.
Does anyone have any knowledge as these files are listed? How some people can pick up items from a version of Perfect World 1.4.2 and put in a perfect World 1.3.6 for example.
I would even be aware of it so I can help the community. I thank you.
