    about resources in element.data

i have tried editing the resources where it gives out coin or rbs when u dig em.. also some monsters.. i know the chance has to add up to 1.. so i put 4 things down with a chance of 0.25 and it causes the world map to crash.Anyone have any idea why or a proper way to do it.

Mines hold only 2-3 resourses, not 4.

Bad id then... probably trying to use an ID that has been used in multiple places because you can change them...

And also complaining about not getting a response in 4 hours is retarded, this is a forum, not IRC, there may not always be someone that can answer the question, it make take up to 24 hours before someone even says something...

yeah i knows.. wasnt a bad id.. i was using sEledit to edit elements.data for client side and exporting using the rules to server.. wouldnt work that way. so i opened 2 seledits one for client one for server.. did it that way.. it wont work if i convert client to server.. but will work 100% if i edit server and save as server.

    sELedit > file > load - ... client >>> work ...

    sELedit > file > export > client>server for serverside [ name: elements.data ]
    sELedit > file > save as > elements.data [ as client side ]

    this works 100% ...

I have experienced something like this once before so now I just open and edit in two separate instances (once for SERVER one for CLIENT) anyways just to be safe... There's no real reason not to; better safe than sorry!

yeah that it is.. i was exporting em.. then when i did this one edit the maps wouldnt load.. so i did server side manualy and it worked..but it is way better to be safe.. alot less time consuming
