Aww... you got the same problem as me and I couldn't figure how to fix itI checked the npcgen.data for TW lvl2 and it seems to be fine... So the problem come from somewhere else...

Well TW lvl1 and TW lvl3 are working, everything spawn fine at the right time. My server time is well configured. So it's not the problem.
But that's not the case for TW lvl2 ... no mobs, nothing and both for pvp/pve TW. I even used the old npcgen.data from beastie's release and still not working...
Maybe you have a clue on what it could be?
whether associated with task.data?
because there is a mission kill mob ?
or time spawn ?

I have the same problem few months ago but 343 upload correct map for TW2 search ^^
yes, that npcgen that rom just uploaded matches the one from my release
so it should indeed work (last time I remember checking TW [granted that was eons ago] they were all working correctly)

Should work. If not, then your problem is another problem than mine.... Because for me it was only a problem with npcgen.data and now it works.

It means that your npcgen the war map no npcs or mobs then just download the npcgen friend up and ready to be happy!
