Okay...A search could have fount those, just saying...Anyways for the pck. use ronny's tool to unpack the pck. (sPCK)
npc can be edited in elements.data, but also in the .pck files, and also in your npcgen, depending on what you would like to do with them, and paragraph armor map..dunno what you mean by that
For trees, theres a scenery editor somewhere on here. I think rbb posted it if im not mistaken.

I want to know what program to edit the armature min change her color and etc.

because I have all the adobe program
they do not open files

any paint program with .dds plugin. Photoshop/paint.net/etc.
