    Re: appearance of weapons

I cannot recall the links specifically right now, however there are a few threads here on ragezone about that. Why don't you try doing searching the threads for it? Look up Blender as well as I know there's a forum thread on that program for a release of it.

    Re: appearance of weapons

In general, from the top of my head:

    1. Unpack models.pck.
    2. Look around the structure, look for dds.
    3. Open dds in Photoshop with the dds plugin installed ( from Nvidia ).
    4. Edit the colors/design, might require imagination as the file is represented as a flat skin.
    5. Save as DXT5 ( correct me on this ).

If you want to put in new models, you need a good EL editor to add the new models.
    1. Add ID in Weapon section or copy an ID of a weapon that you are very familiar with or would like to copy.
    2. In the model section, put the correct patch of the .ecm.
    3. Put the ID in the gshop, test it out.
    4. If everything goes well, you need put it on a Craft section, then put the new ID ( Craft ) assigned to an NPC. You can specify the materials required, just study the ones you are familiar with.
