if anybody can get this into an editor many thankyous will come your way.
i can just tell you that it was created 03/24/2011 23:34:38
and there was some change 03/15/2011 23:03:25, but thats just stuff you can get with any hex editor.
i think it may be possible to make a tool like sEledit for uncompressed dbs, but that city db has too few data to find any structures.
in theory it should open with berkley db 4.2
thats the decompressed version.
the 00s are becuase in this city file nobody has any territory.
Im not allowed to give out devastation server database files (even if only test server), so i can only give this.
Could you possibly ask if you could release the city database? It only has who is on what territories... and anyone can get that from logging in and taking a screenshot of the map...
I don't have any claimed territories on my server either so it will be rather difficult to figure anything out with a blank file...

Some questions, it is possible to make the Server we now save / reply in SQL? In this case, we change the way their rescue and consultation? I think this would be an extraordinary advance for a file server as outdated.
Its list fields / tables dbd to manually create and import?

I do not understand much, but this conversion would be possible through the API?
Berkeley DB now supports SQL (again) - Lenz Grimmer's blog
You are right in that you don't understand much... it is using a very old version of BDB, it seems to use a very much customized version of it and I've still been having issues trying to really make sense of any of it...
Without any idea of what to look for, or what is there we can't really convert it without an almost guarantee of data loss...
