Bug in the portal of hell and heaven in my server Perfect World!

Hello, can help with my problem please?

I have a server but Perfect World is a problem when someone tries to enter the portal of heaven or hell to growing evill, god 2 and 3.

When people try to enter it says "unable to access the instance."

What could this be?

you may want to check your start script some script will only start the bare minimum world for any instance such as hell or heaven you might need to enable it in the start script.

Thank you for helping me ... but I changed my script # removing the front lines of commands.
Once it's open Fb, unable to open the portal of heaven and hell.
