    I thought to work on the original reportbugs from PW.

    Seems to be useless but i'm sure it will be possible to make it work and can send report to a webserver then admin/dev will may see the reports from players when their game has crashed.

    Otherwise... eTicket Help Desk Software PHP (e-Ticket) is a good HelpDesk support writed in PHP

    Can be customizable, translated and so on...

    I mean for private server developing. who develops or who tests their servers writes bugs and fixes.

    in ragezone forum lots of people write some bugs somebody replies , sometimes not correct information.

    There should be a server development bug track system in ragezone. I hope ragezone admins helps.
