Can someone link me the coords tool?

Can someone link me the coords tool. I think it was in a web page. Im wanting to add NPC's into the main town but the coords are setup all weird like. Someone showed me a coords converter forever ago but i cant remember what it was called

I'm not sure if we're viewing the same RaGEZONE here or not, because mine has a search option on it...

...and a search for "coordinate data" turns up PLENTY of info ~ NO reason to create the 100th thread about it :banghead:
