can't log in?

okay before you all go on about the search bar, I have used it and if it really gave me the answer and solution would i be asking this now?

I am trying to connect to my server but when i try to log in it shows the LINK. wrong account or password even when the papssword is right, it is actually registering as it shows it in phpmyadmin.
Any ideas.
