It's in the base surfaces directory... pretty obvious which one it is.

If you still don't get it, it's called logo.dds

i'll try to open it on Photoshop (like my brother and my friend say) but it can't open in photoshop
next, i try to install DDS Utility by nVIDIA, and i've got same problem, that file (logo.dds) can't opened in photoshop, but in my friend PC it work with no problem, just drag n drop (logo.dds) in photoshop, but i can't

yea, certainly sounds like a plugin problem to me. Try a different plug in ;)

And convert to something Ps can open, then when done editing change it back to dds

I tried editing this in Corel PSP with the DDS plug-in, it reads it fine, but when I go to save it, damn thing doesn;t want to save, so kinda tabled it till later, now I think I'll get GIMP again (dunno why I deleted it >.>)

You can also use DDS converter 2.

What I used to do was covert the dds to png, edit in gimp then convert back to dds. I didn't have the plugin at the time.

Perhaps you can also use pspi with gimp to use the photoshop plugin?

But the best bet would be to use the gimp plugin.
