I dont think i would call Romulan good looking... Hes one of thoes little fat geeks who dresses in many star trek costumes and bosses a few geeky friends (also dressed like star trek charactors) around to feel special in life.

Here is a picture of Romulan, As you can see his facination with star trek extends beyond just costumes... its also a way of life for him and he even chose his name "Romulan" because of it.
