yup, a "graphical view" of the hex skills code would be great xD
Because it's a bit annoying to look everytime my text files for know what hex code and what skill are
Printable View
 You have a text file with the hex code? Could I please get a copy of this. The site is down and I want to edit my character skills but dont know the hex codes. :):
Edit: I can probably just look at my previous characters and make my own list but it still would be a good idea to release this or something like it.

Also what would be nice is some new animation for the skill on different classes or even just the old animations because when you switch skill there is no animation for the channeling.
I do not understand what you mean ...
Wich skill? Can you make a screen or put video on youtube to see what is the bug?
It could help me to tell you what is bugged :):
Nope sorry, but i will maybe release it to ronny for helping him to do his plugin for pwAdmin °o°
What I meant was that when you give another class a skill that was not originally made for it there is no animation of that skill as it is channeling. You still get the attack animation after channeling however.
The first screen is of my Barbarian/Werebeast using the Regeneration Aura cleric skill. There is no blue bubble around the barb like there would be a cleric. There is however the spirally blue after effect of the healing.

The second screen is of the Barbarian using the Venomancer/Werefox heal pet skill. There is no blue circle around the barb as he heals the herc like there is on the veno. The blue ball thing that appears above the hercs head after channeling is there however.

A similar thing happens with some new mounts and the new tideborn pets and daggers and soulspheres. There is no animation for skills and items when used with a class that was not meant to use them. I was hoping that someone good with animations can either take the orignal animation and apply to each class or make completely unique animations for each class. This would be a lot of work however so probably wont get done anytime in the near future.
I have also started making my own list of hex codes from my characters current skills. :):
A basic skill generator is now available as plugin for pwAdmin...
Oh dear I have been away a long time it seems... Well I have re posted this editor since I know it can be useful.
BTW That plugin does not seem to have been updated in a long time it does not even seem to read the skills from the char unless I'm missing something? My editor here (despite it's age) actually reads the char , edits the skills and gives you back your char makes it easy adding new skills to editing existing ones does pwAdmin one do that yet?.
I'm just shocked nobody has made a full character editor with GUI inventory editing yet (It's been 3 years???) I was planning on making that I hope this community didn't become a become *no share* community and aren't releasing stuff like that (I was going to release but when you posted pwAdmin has a skill editor too I was like OK no need then was I wrong maybe it doesn't seem like the pwAdmin one has the same feature set... Which I find shocking.... I suppose I could make my simple skill editor into a plugin for pwAdmin or add a button onto the GUI for chars).
I would like to get back into Deving PW so I have made a nostalgia server for friends and anybody interested I think I may make a few tools if I have the time to do so I have been rather busy making my own programming language and what not.
Sounds interesting.
Editor now works for 1.4.4 and 1.4.6
For PW 1.4.4

For PW 1.4.6
http://uberfox.no-ip.org/cgi-bin/PWS...ol146/index.pl
Also if your version of PW is lacking send me your skillstr.txt from the Config.pck and I will add a new editor for your version immediately.
Enjoy.
