chat emotes BIG problem!

Regarding emotes when i tru to load them my PW crashes ! and the char cannot be logged in it will keep crashing!

can some one guide me how to put new emotes example:Pikachu speakers ! in the Case of PWI tiger speakers !

in short!

1>how do i add thenm in game!
2>why does this problem occur!
3>if i do have the files and id what is the reason for this !

i would Love a guide !

Sorry. I'm very busy atm...

I use the emotes of Visad and it's working fine for me. But i don't remember where he have posted them on the forum...
