Class Restricted Tomes

Well I have a question. Can you make tomes class restricted?
On my server, we have -99 tomes. I don't want the non magic based classes to have it (WB, EA, WR). So my idea is a class restricted
tome, I saw it on deva once so I know it's possible. I have searched. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

I am guessing it is a stat?
