Client not detecting Server

I have edited all the client files according to

9. Start server
- type ./start.sh
10. Configure client
- install client then patch it to version 1.3.6 (patch 12-13)
- edit in PW\patcher\server\updateserver.txt

- edit in PW\element\userdata\server\serverlist.txt

- edit in PW\element\userdata\currentserver.ini

And have used the search tool in windows to find "192.158.0.50" adn replaced al the ones that i found with my server ip but my client still doesn't shwo my server in the serer status page.
please help

check between client and server version you use ..
to see the client version you can see the login screen menu
to view reading client checks the server version
in your / your server / glinkd / gamesys.conf
version = 10 306 <- just not with the software you have
10 306 = server read client version 1.3.6

or maybe .. gs01 Wolrd folder or you do not walk ..
check everything, if the client and server versions of the same and on file with the same server ip list all others who may have missed part ..
try to give a little picture ..

is your client on the same computer or a different computer?
if from a different computer you must port forward port 80, 29000 , and a couple others.

if from the same client as the server computer, then it seems to be an ip mismatch. if the versions are the same that is.

check the ip with the hosts files and all the others if need be.

also, just to make sure...

make sure your mysql server is running
