cls gender forcing the pass

I saw it in a post somewhere, but to get into the cls account, you force the password. Can this be done via romulan's admin tools? Could you tell me how to force the pass? (I.e. whats the username?)

For Default Characters you need to make an account with the number 16, at least that's what it was on my server .

[Romulan]

1. Make a new account
2. Go in mysql and change the ID of the new account by 16
3. Use my wonderful password force to overwrite the old password.
4. Now you can login with this new account and you will have the default characters templates.
