creat .cup

i've successfully tried CPW auto update, but I still can not make a manual update /. cup file, please help how to create a v-*.inc files and pid in the manual-patch.cup

"pid" is a text file that you can edit with notepad. It must be the same "pid" as the patcher's one.
"v-*.inc" is a list file generated by a tool like cpw. It would be realy hard to create one manualy.

Btw in your patch, it's missing a lot of version there... I mean it jump from v-10 to v-12 without v-11 ... It's not recommanded.
