Database cannot read

I download a database but the database cannot use. I try view it with MDB Viewer Plus but it give me a symbols.
For example this series of number. it became like this...

Ç*§É±)AîÐMÅsÑ"7 - this is a number of password

All i can see is a number 7 at the back...

Some1 who can help plz telll me how to decrypt this back plz...

All passwords are stored in a one way encryption.

Never store the real passwords in your database, this not only contradicts any privacy policy your website may have but makes your database a target for hackers looking for email passwords. Even via sql injection somebody could get a full list of all your players passwords if they are not encrypted.

You should never need their password anyway, it can be reset manually if you need to access that account.

this looks like the hex encoded into ascii chars. paste the text into a text file, then open it with a hex editor. There you have your md5.
