Dedicated Server Help x.x

Hey guys, I need some help.. I started working on a Dedicated Server this morning and VBox wont let me Connect to 192.168.0.10 anymore, so I was thinking.. Does anyone know how to set these up on a Dedicated server and can give me a few Tips? :/

Ohh right, but I have a problem.. I have like 15 IPs on my Dedicated Server service o.o.. How do I know what one to use ??

Home PC != server

Windows != Server

Linux/Unix == Server
