    ECP NPC Fix

    That is what i got now. Its good for peoples who adding stuff from different games. The Big error was: You could run through the NPCs or elements you added.

    Lets say you wanted to add a new Town. Then your players could run through the whole town because it was from different game.

    First Development state:

    NPC Fix

    Second Development State:

    EPC Fix before and after fix!

    Since I don't see it in your message: the key to this is in grasses.pck/ecmodelhull if anyone wants to try :D

    Thats for pwi yes ;) But im talking about other games :)

    Means if you want to add a new NPC from an other games and want to have it static you need to follow this:

    No custom Path (keep the original Path)
    Copy the ecmodelhull folder (can be in any .pck)*


    *pwi = grasses.pck - Zhuxian = models.pck - Shenmo = didnt found xD

    Yes ecmodelhull seems to move around depending on game (logic much PW devs).

    You can actually change path but you must stay within models.pck as the game will only look for corresponding ecmodelhulls if the ecm is in that pck.

    Heh, I figured out what those did a while ago when I wanted to walk through doors on PWI. I always knew about the grasses/trees.pck switching but never knew why it worked. Well process of elimination and tada! I found ecmodelhull, got the right one and tada it worked.

    Either way, this does seem interesting and would be useful for people that do add things from other games (I'm not one of them, but those fish swimming in circles look neat)

    ChiBi, ZhuXian, Shenmo, Legend of Matrial Arts, Pocketpet Journey West:
    models.pck.files\models\ecmodelhull\*
