Editing Tools Pack

Hello i am looking for a good set of hopefully stable tools for editing pw files. pls dont flame me because ive been searching these forums for days now and havent found a good download that works. i have a gshop editor and an xml editor but thats it. if anyone could help it would be very appreciated by me and my friend who is helping me with my server.
