Effect on items
I need help, why do I add items on the elements (Weapons, Mobs, flights etc. ..) but he left without the effects, ie the item are opaque.
I know to get the precise effect edit the files. Ecm in part "FxFilePath: ¹ÖÎï\ͨÓÃ\¹íÏÈÉúÑÌ.gfx" just is not possible to identify the path of what.

You can try to open the ecm in your webbrowser and set text encoding to chinese simplified/gbk/... something like that, then you should see the correct paht of FxFile

Can you be more specific about that?
+ open the ecm file in your webbrowser
+ in your browser set page encoding to chinese simplified (GBK or GB2312)
+ now you can see chinese instead the cryptic characters
+ need a tool that can edit and save ECM file without needing to install asian language pack for Windows
Maybe you can do that? Or maybe i'll do PHP script that can do that!
Cuz idk C or Java programming but i know a bit of PHP xD

Download Open Office: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
Make a full install of this suite!
Then make Open Office as the default viewer for .GFX and .ECM files!
Open Office can read the GBK/GB2312 charset encoding (chinese symbols and others!)
