No. You have absolutely no valid reason to open Fake PW's elements.data. None at all.
Also post in the main Perfect World section if it isn't a release. >.>
Yeah, I don't see why you would need to open other servers stuff but anyway.

Even with tools, they wouldn't get anything, FPW doesn't have a data folder, so hence no elements.data to open. IJS

I love noobs when they think they can be all "l337 H@x0r", edit craft rates, and login and win the game. Nice try. If you spent just a second more on forum, you would realize this isn't a place to steal and mod your client.

All you have to do is open elementclient.exe with a hex editor, it really isn't such a amazing foolproof method.

search before posting a topic that has answers use google.

for example i just released a translated russian program for tasks and elements in pw releases.
Why on earth would they bother trying to hide their data folder.
If anyone actually wanted to steal content, it would most likely be models/gfx etc in which case they could just unpack the pck anyway
Yeah but it would be a lot easier to read the data first to get the filepatch for the content they want to steal dont ya think? lol
