elf to werefox conversion

How do u replace the wings on the heads of elf with werefox ears???
i tried then this happened......can someone tell me which files need to b replaced with what...paths of the files would b very helpful thanks

Edit it on models.pck. I think it's on models/player. I'm on the job. Haven't PW here. Sorry.
