Erroneous letter information

Hi,
I`ve got this problem on my server and i cant find any solutions.
When i send e-mail the other player receive e-mail but when he try to read it he get this message "Erroneous letter information". Anyone know whats the problem?

please, noone had this problem? Peoples just cant read ingame mails

Maybe it's an interface error... Use ronny's downgrade patch and PWI 1.4.2+
