Re: Error in server and Network
i had got that error before,
i think that error come from Auth Daemon or ./authd.
it because the server run's with full memory (Out Of Memory) and make some service die.
to fix it, i try to restart server or disable some dungeon.

I do believe thats one of the errors you get when the Auth fails to connect or reply to client proper. I Think I get this message when my client errors out with this kinda speed up bug it has(gfx and all that speed up strange and still looking for cause)
Only fix I found is restart client. Not sure if you having same symptoms

Re: Error in server and Network
I have the same problem and haven't been able to figure it out or fix it.
I am running Ubuntu with Romulan's server files. The server is up and running, mySQL, phpAdmin and pwAdmin are all working fine.
However, when I start the client, it sees the server and tries to connect. On the server, I can see it trying to verify the user id and password, but fails after a few minutes. I created the account from the registation page and verified that the user exist and password is set in the dbo file using phpAdmin.
The computer I am running it on has a 80gig hard drive and 2 gig rem, but it is a laptop running centrino technology.
I am beginning to wonder if this is a timeout issue.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Error in server and Network - my first error on this was false passWD in table.xml

Re: Error in server and Network
The default password was Root for the user Root. I changed it to match the mySQL password. Was this a mistake? Should I have left it at Root?
Thanks
