    sad ESO pck extracting help!

Could someone please in a very descriptive way tell me how exactly to extract eso .pck files? I'm mainly searching for the models of the game, but opening everything else would be nice too. If someone could really take the time to help me out, I'd REALLY appreciate it!! I've been through so many different extractors but lots of them aren't working or maybe I just don't know how to use them very well.. Probably because a lot of people say stuff about codes and I have no idea what to do about them or what you do with them.. Let's just say this topic is something I'm very dumb in, so if someone could nicely explain it all for me (like exactly how to extract it by doing w/e and w/e and something with a code if u need them err idk how it works, so can you tell me?, I would be soo grateful!!! I've been searching on the internet everywhere for hours and hoursssss. I hope someone here can help :/ Thanks!!

I think pwrepack works, ask bash though because he has tons of ESO content.

    Re: ESO pck extracting help!

I'm pretty sure I tried that, but I'll try it again. Nope, when I extract it from the zip file I get a single file called pwrepack (an application file) but when I click it I get a black tiny window pop up for a short second then it disappears. That's all that happens. lol I'm using a windows 7, and I think it did the same thing on my windows xp, I'll have to try that one again. Can anyone else help? :s

What's GUI? I heard of it... Ok, so it stands for Graphic User Interface, but I still don't exactly know what is means, or what you mean by OUTSIDE of gui.. o.o Sorry, I'm just really clueless @.@

    -.-'
    Open cmd, and use it!

    pwrepack -x yourfile.pck

Remember to go to the directory where pwrepack is, and to copy the pck file to the same folder

Hmm... I already heard people say that before. Ok I'm gonna copy the pck folder there.. But now what? I don't know what cmd is.. K now i learned about it. ok.. so i just type that in? hmm ok one second.

It keeps saying "pwrepack" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or bath file. Am I doing something wrong.? I just typed it exactly like you did in CMD..

NVM. I figured it out myself. FINALLY :D So since it said that it didn't recognize it as a batch file, and I remembered trying something with that before, I tried it again and in the proper way and I figured. Why weren't any of you helpful? For those who want to know how to do it:

"Just make a textfile, write pwrepack.exe -x interfaces.pck in it and save it as unpack.bat then you only have to execute this and all is done. If you wanna unpack with else, just replace interfaces with the one you want to unpack."

I read this on a different website, but thank you to who ever wrote that! VERY helpful, and so simple too. Not even hard to descibe.. -.-

Man, if you can't run a simple command prompt on Windows...
Well, I have no words to describe this...

happy Re: ESO pck extracting help!

@marceloantonio1 If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. I HAVE tried it, but I must have messed something up perhaps. I even called myself very inexperienced in this subject and I have also even called myself an idiot. I asked for a very descriptive response, and you weren't very helpful. I figured it out myself in a different way, thus proving I'm not entirely "stupid" as you may call me by.

Here's a little something you: I came here for assistance in something I'm not so knowledgeable about. Respect my decision. I bet you're "dumb" in something as well. I too facepalm in your idiocy you foolish prick. In fact, I'm certain numerous people in the world don't know how to run any command prompt on windows. I was, in fact familiar with it, but I haven't done it enough times to fully understand the way it works. And hey, I figured out a different way, on my own. And that's very good for someone who "can't run a simple command prompt".

Please don't be this pathetic with others. Sometimes you just got to understand that not everybody's perfect, but you CAN help those people, especially if they're seeking for help like ME. So please, keep your filthy mouth to yourself. Seriously.
