Faction name limit

The character limit for naming a guild is set to 9. I've looked through elementclient.exe with a hex editor but I found nothing that looked remotely useful. Most of it is just talking about stuff for once your in a guild not the actual guild creation process. I haven't checked out the gfaction files yet. My server is down for maintenance and it's currently being setup on a better host, so I don't have access to the files atm. But as soon as I do I'll take a look. Maybe have to go through elementclient.exe again and see if there was something I missed.

If you can guide me how to disamble the elementclient.exe id appriciate it alot since im a newbie still new to pw developing want to learn stuff and to test alot of things. Ofc if you only want to share :wink:

well i've done lots of things only for fun...atm i dont even have a LAN server but i was i've learned lots of stuff. And ty i think ill have fun with the tutorial lol :)

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with de-compiling the elementclient.exe. I've never had to before so I haven't really messed with it yet. But if anyone knows how or could point us to a topic explaining it, it would be most appreciated.
