File Searching/Editing

I was wondering if anyone knew how to browse the server files to find a list of the files/affiliated items? I wanted to find the file that lists items/their attributes and such.
e.g. if I was searching for a pack, I'd want to see the description, and the % chances of each item it can give the player.

Right, I've opened elements.data using Ronny's seLedit, but my question was how to find out the actual stat information, as far as I see it's only letting you see how the information is stored as ints/long bits, also certain items I was looking for, i.e. their pack items, weren't listed
